How to make an order

Making an order in our online store is very simple. It only takes 3 steps:

  • Select a product
  • Checkout
  • Order Payment

You can select the product by clicking the “Add to Cart” button in the description of the product you like. After that, you will have the choice either instantly go to Checkout or continue searching for other products.

If you could not find product you were searching for in our store, you can write to us and we will try to add it to our catalog.

Checkout – at this stage you have a chance to review your purchases and either add quantity, or reduce or remove goods from the shopping cart. Also you will be asked to choose the delivery method (for more details, see the “Delivery” section).

Order Payment – here you will need to enter your address and personal information necessary for delivery, as well as the information necessary for payment.

Be careful when specifying the delivery address because the wrong address may lead to a delay or even loss of the parcel.

After the order is placed, a message will be sent to your e-mail address with the notification that your order was accepted.

In the future we will inform you about the stages of your order processing and we will inform you about the tracking number for the parcel.

Payment

Our shop accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX bank cards and via PayPal.

What currency do I pay in

The main unchanging currency of the store is the Japanese yen. Other prices are calculated based on the price in yen at the exchange rate for that day automatically.

When using the PayPal payment is possible in any currency you choose.

Delivery

We provide delivery to all corners of the globe where Japan Post has delivery services.

For this, we offer you the fastest and most efficient way to send mail. Depending on the weight, the price is calculated automatically.

EMS service – is the fastest and most reliable way to send. Each order has a unique tracking number which we will inform you immediately after sending. The parcel will be brought by the courier directly to your door.

The delivery time takes about 1 week.

Airmail – is possible for small parcels weighing a maximum of 2kg and a size not exceeding 90cm (length + width + height). This is a less expensive way of forwarding and also includes the option to track the parcel.
The parcel is delivered to the nearest post office and you will have to pick it up yourself after receiving the delivery notification.

The delivery time takes about 10 days.

How to get free shipping?

From time to time we hold promotions during which free delivery of orders is provided. The cost of delivery in such cases automatically becomes free as soon as the cost of your order in the Basket reaches the amount specified in the promotion.

Current Promotion: Free shipping when ordering from 15,000 yen.
Free shipping will automatically appear in the calculation as soon as the amount in the basket reaches 15,000 yen.

How long will it take to receive the order?

We always try our best to ensure that you can receive your order in hand as soon as possible. After all, we also like to shop online and we know how nice it is when the package comes faster than expected!

Customs clearance

This online store is not responsible for paying any customs fees in the recipient’s country.

Please, check the rules of customs clearance in your country before making your order.

Purchase returns

Supplements and medicines are not refundable under the consumer protection law.

For the rest of the goods, we are ready to accept the product back provided that:

  • The product was not opened and is in unopened original packaging
  • No more than 7 days has passed after the goods were received by the buyer
  • The buyer sent a request for the return of the goods by contacting us HERE  (Goods returned without notice can not be refunded)

In case of return of goods from the buyer will be withheld:

  • Total shipping costs
  • 20% for recompiling products
  • Expenses for bank transfers

If the error occurred through our fault and the wrong goods were sent to the buyer, we are ready to return the full cost of the goods and delivery (conditions can be negotiated for each case for the convenience of both parties).

Can I import medicines?

Depending on each country, rules regarding import of medical items for personal use may differ. Please check the rules in your country before making your order.

Packaging of goods I received does not look like the one in the catalog

Japanese companies simply love to change the packaging of their products, so it is possible that from time to time the packaging may differ from the one announced in our catalog. If you notice any discrepancy, please let us know and we will check the latest information for the product.
